For most of us, conceptualizing a video generally entails visions of an end result. Rarely do we consider the minor and major sub-parts that make up the whole production. After all, we have businesses or events to run and we cannot allow ourselves to get bogged down by micro-managing every single detail of every project. We perform a site inspection of the venue(s) where filming will occur. This helps us understand the sights, angles, sounds and lighting peculiar to the venue and any adjustments that will be required for setup.

The inspection helps us determine the overall needs of a successful production. From this inspection we can more accurately estimate the time and costs of your production. Ample time should be scheduled for our first meeting and site tour.

Depending on the complexities, at least two hours should be scheduled ahead of production for setup. And, for multiple locations within the same site, at least one hour should be scheduled per move to allow equipment moving and establishing audio and lighting levels.

For a basic indoor single location, at least two hours setup time should be scheduled ahead of production.
